is it as simple as putting the c25 inlet and loom on a x30 engine or do you need to put the c25 heads on

pretty sure u need to put the 2.5 heads on, my mate has it done in his cavvy

in a vectra you use the engine then golt the inlet etc on from what i gather

basicly get a 3.0 and put the 2.5 of a cav or calibra, inlet loom ecu sump and exhaust manifolds and down pipes! thats it theres a lad in leigh that we know whos done it!

you shouldnt need to use the heads no, arnt the heads different on a 3.0 and thats what makes up some of the difference from the 2.5

j200rsa might know, hes done 3.0 IIRC

im sure we used 3ltr bottom end 2.5 heads with 3ltr cams on my mates astra stick an xe flywheel on it as well revs like fuck then and goes like stink also
