the old dears car has been suffering with this for ages. i heard it can be down to blocked drains but couldnt find any in the first place?! could there be any other reasons why? it tends to gather in the wheel well

sunroof?? theres leak pipes that come off it and to the back , check they are plugged into like a plastic tube
