went to go to the shops sprayed my windows with de icer then turned on my wipers

wiper arms have been torn off because they are frozen to the screen

Old man did this on saturday on his renault trafic van. Snapped the linkage rather then just the arm though

Mine did this last year! Think a new arm from vaux was £20 without a blade! Would of gone to a scrappy but needed car that day and didn't have time to go lol

Bad bad mistake, could have been MUCH worse, my sister did this last year on her 02 plate Mini Cooper S, fried the wiper motor, which if anyone who has worked on a Mini knows they are an absolute twat to get to!! Gotta take bonnet off, slide wings to side a little to remove the sort of scuttle thing to get to it!! What a twat!
