The Shelby Super Car Aero has been clocked on a closed stretch of Washington State highway at an average speed (2 runs) of....












257mph

Which beats Konigsegg's 241mph and Bugatti's 'claimed' 253mph top speed.
It ALSO holds the record for the highest powered emissions legal road car, with 1157bhp and 1017lb torque from a 6.3lt twin supercharged Corvette engine.

how can that be road legal?

it's so low, would have no chance getting over a speed hump.

To be fair if you had the cash to go and spend £1m + on a car would you really be botherd? you would more than likely buy it just for a collection

it does 257 mph but ppl moan about its looks and that it wont go over a speed bump ..... so its like most corsas on here but it does 257 mph
