bought my mrs a sony ericsson w595 for christmas. phone was bought direct from orange at beginning of december. the phone came with a new sim card but my mrs is already with orange so put in her existing sim card and phone worked fine until about 10 mins ago. it now says inactive sim. the sim card she has is about 2 and a half years old but still works in her old phone. any suggestions on why it suddenly stopped working?

sounds like the phone is blacklisted or has a fault. Ring Orange now and they will do all the checks and get it sorted for you
