Have had SSN on most of today in the background - its been fairly obvious since this morning that the Bolton game isnt going to go ahead.

Yet cunty Arsenal have delayed the decision constantly, and even now havent made the call, even though the outcome is fairly obvious.

I know Bolton wont be taking a huge amount down there (300 I think has been said), but they'll be on the way by now, and the game should of been called off to stop them making that journey in these conditions.

The guy reporting has been on about every 30mins since early on this morning, and each time its been snowing fairly heavy in the background. And the forecast has always been for a lot more snow.

Have they no thought about how the away fans are going to get down there and back?

That's very harsh on the supporter's who are going to make the journey down which is approximately a 500 mile round trip, in this weather as well.

Even for the home fans coming from nearby its not ideal travel conditions. But for the away fans it takes the piss.

Wenger is to blame

I blame Wenger too.

I bet he wanted some fresh kids to play with so was hoping the Bolton lot would have some lookers in there.

agreed it's shocking. i rarely go to away games these days but I know a few people that set off at lunch time. i'd be pissed of if i went all that way for no reason. especially since the weather is so bad that the drive home will be twice as long.

It started snowing down here yesterday about 5pm and hasn't stopped, the game was never going to be on.

If they had played and lost they would have blamed the snow and said it was too cold.

Yeah, the transport is unaffected...apart from half of London has been at a stand still as public transport was either cancelled or those that werent were being used by twice as many people as usual and faced massive delays.

London transport has been affected much less than most places. A friend got into work from wodd green to central london without any problems yet someone who she worked with who lived 4 streets down was "snowed in" lol. A lot of people just used it as a free day off

Spent 5 hours on a train for nothing due to this matter today. Jumped on the train at Swansea at 1:15pm, by the time we got to Reading they cancelled

Does this mean Wenger won't be making any signings as he pays off Bolton fans?
