I like it how everyone just stands there and watches! I for sure would say or do something id also go right to the police station with a badge number and report him and show them the vid!

Police are allowed to use reasonable force. That to me looked like very unreasonable force - fair enough the boy maybe deserved a bit of a slap, but going to town on him like that is out of order.
And the fact that no other officers go over to help the one doing the battering suggest the guy hasn't done anything too drastic.

Not trying to impress anyone,but that wouldn't have happend around here. Everyone in that street would be out and dragging that pig around the street. Theres alot of polis brutality coming to light in the papers etc recently. Doesn't matter what that kid done,they dont have the right to beat you at the side of a house where he thinks he cant be seen. All police are crooked. Never trust any of them.

I agree with that to a certain extend - I have yet to meet one that doesn't abuse his/her authority. Police is a place for the rejects at the school IMO.
