Are lining up Sean O'Driscoll or Brian Laws.

Brian Laws

Not good enough for the Championship, but yeah, Prem material for sure.

WTF is up with Chairman when they come to these conclusions?!

To be fair to Laws, he did ok with the shit he was made to work with, he couldn't bring in players.

They were saying on SSN it's likely due to the fact he's apparently been the championships best manager per £ spent over the last 3 years

But that equals bottom 3 of the CCC. Wednesday fans were pleased to see him go.

Not disputing that but apparently that's the logic behind the appointment
Edit: And the fact he's 'loyal'

i just googled Brian Laws as i'm not too clued up on his history if i'm honest. do you think wikipedia has been editted or is this bit meant to be there?

Laws attended the same primary school as Alan Shearer and is rumored to have had an affair with him in their old English classroom. Speculation has heightened as to whether Shearer will join his coaching staff at Burnley as law's rent boy.

Did very well with Scunny who have a very tight budget, 2 promotions in his time there. Did a good enough job with Sheff Weds, again with a limited budget.

Similar circumstances at Burnley with regards to the budget. Hes good at getting the best out of the lesser players. Good appointment I think.

Also at Burnley fans saying its a lack of ambition, who did you expect, Jose
