Like after driving around for half and hour pretty hard its everywhere, coming straight outta my filter
is this something to worry about

its a 1.2 16v with 110k on the clock

If the car hasnt been driven for a long time its normal when the weather is cold and the air is moist.

i do about 30 miles a day everyday so do u think it could be becauases its so cold, i fabrication a tank so all the gunk goes in there now but still gets the air from the filter mounted on the top of this tank

I think it will be condensation. What you should do, run the car so the engine is hot, then stop the car, then clean the mayo, then run the car again, if it continues to produce mayo when the engine is hot, then you have a problem
