I use a shared paypal account with my girlfriend.
Anyway she withdrew the funds today and obviously it takes 2-3 days, I need some of the funds, is there any way I can cancel the withdrawl or do I have to go all the way to the bank, put money in my account, then deposit funds? Cheers

Why can't you both have separate accounts?

No, once is goes from "pending" to completed the money can't go back. However if its set up for direct debit, as son as oney goes into bank you can pay like that

As Generation says, once it's "complete" you can't reverse it unfortunately.
