Mine just took nearly a litre of de-ionised water and is holding charge nicely now.

My battery is non serviceable. I haven't seen a battery which you could top up for years

Fair enough it is my old novas battery on the silver corsa maybe thats why, mmm may check the bmws.

thats the only good thing about ones you can fill up. if you stay on it, they last ok aslong as the cells dont go. non serviceable ones, well once its had it, its had it.

You can top up most batteries, but they shouldnt need it.

They should last more than 10 years though. A new one isn't too pricey when they last too long. They then take the acid out of them, remove the lead from it and make new batteries from the lead. Amazing (if you're a massive geek)

every time I buy a battery you have to top up I tend to forget and knacker the thing doh tend to buy the GM ones now!
