Due an upgrade and fancy a blackberry. Girlf has a Curve 8520 which i quite like but I've also seen the Bold 9700 which looks very similar. Being a blackberry noob i don't have a scooby about either
Can anyone help me regarding which is the better phone and also the best network to have them on. I'm on orange at the moment but don't mind changing providers for a better service/deal.
Edit: Or if there are any new ones due to come out what are they and are they worth the wait?
any help is greatly appreciated

The blackberry bold 9700 is the daddy, it has 3G, and just performs all of the tasks the curve can do but far better and quicker.
The curve 8520 is the new curve, i have the 8900 which is better than the new one? the new one has 2mp camera, mine has 3.2 as does the bold. The main advantage is that the bold is 3G so internet browsing is far quicker.
Im going for the bold when it comes to my upgrade, my girlfriend has literally just got it so ive played on both.

Im pretty sure theres not any new ones that are likely to come out, because the bold 9700 has been out for literally 2 months and the storm 2 has recently came out (thats the touch screen one, not as practical but still cool, depends what you want).

I have the Bold 9000 as I prefer the roller ball but it has 3G etc - it's the slightly older version of the 9700. The Bold range is definitely the one to go for as it has everything on it!

I have a storm, awesome piece of kit!
Its not a normal touch screen either you have to click in the screen each time, very easy to use once you get use to it.
Also its good when your mates pick up your phone trying to rummage through stuff and they can't get it to work
