I know Andi and it will be in minted condition. In comparision from the pictures I have seen of your "car" if you can call it that is not in the best of conditions, when its in better shape post it up. For 3k, you get a lot of car. For a start its not a 1200 8v lawnmower under the bonnet, comes with electrics and other things yours does not. His also comes with 20k less miles on the clock, another reason for it being more.
Your car is worth about 1500 tops, and thats if its clean. Id give 3k for Andi's anyday of the week (but not now as im leaving the corsa community).
