I just changed a bulb in my GF's Ka a few weeks back and didnt have to remove the bumper.Unless your mate has hands like King Kong,its pretty straight forward and easy.Took me about 30 seconds.

Haha, hes not the brightest tbh, and the bumper definitely came off, as it didnt go back on properly
