If there impacted (not stright) then you may need them out, otherwise its fine. I thought I wouldn't have room, but when you get toothache you know the're pushing your other teeth along and making room!
Best bit is when there just underneath your gum skin and you chew using them - it bloody kills!
Mine took a few years to come though (started at about 17, as they all took turns (22 now and think there done).
There not wirth worrying about though, but if youre gonna have probs your dentist should be able to tell from an x-ray early on.
It may also be heireditory(sp) so ask your folks if they had probs. my mum did, dad didn't, so guess me was 50:50.
