Am I right in thinking there isn't really any huge differences between the post and pre facelift Corsa Haynes manuals? Mines a P plate so is between the 2 manuals lol - it's technically a pre facelift though.

Only need one for a guide on changing the handbrake cable, then will need to get a Calibra one for the engine anyway.

Anybody got one going cheap for either car too?!

Cheers

hand brake cable doesn't join your engine :S, regardless of engine you'll be using a corsa handbrake cable.

Hence why I want a Corsa one for the bits like the Handbrake cable - just need to know which one!

It probably wasn't worded very well, but I meant I didn't need to be told I need a Calibra one for the engine

So which one then?! I thought I asked a relatively straight forward question

Apart from different engines in the Post 97 B, was anything else changed?

Both Haynes manuals for pre and post 97 say they cover P plates. Just want to find out if 1 is more relevant than the other for me!!

I would get whatever applies to your car mate, i.e. if Phil originally got it with pre-facelift bumpers etc then get the earlier one. I doubt there'd be much difference for jobs like brakes etc though tbh, but it will cover different models e.g. the GSi will be in the earlier one and the Sport will be in the later one.

It's technically beneath all the changes a December 96, P plate 1.2 Vegas so yeh I guess the earlier one is better

So Kurt I think that's yours. PM on it's way

I've got one sorted now cheers mate - not sure which. But tbh, the main thing I want it for is to do the handbrake cable, so either should cover it.

You got the Calibra one though? That could be handy if so...
