Hi guys quick question the heated rear windscreen switch when you pull it out should it light up like the air con switch or not??

Its a fuse, pull the whole switch out and replace it

Ok so how do I pull the switch off do I just pull it harder than normal (to put the heated rear window on ? ) thanks

to pull the switch off, turn it so it is straight up, pointing at number 2 i think, pull it out s heated window is on and if you look at the bottom there is think its either a hole or a bit of plastic, cant remenber exactly now but push a screwdriver on/into it and then the switch will pull off

You dont really need to release the clip, if you pull hard enough it comes out
Plus using a screwdriver marks your centre console

mines is fucked as well and when i stripped it down i see what you mean by fuse, do i replace the swithc with a new one? as its got the holders for the heater control panel lights built onto it or can i solder something in there?
