Whent up to Sri_boys garage last night to polish up my dizzy while he put valves in his head ect, the rocker cover took me about 3 weeks starting with nitromorzs, 250, 400, 650, 800, 1200 then 1500 grit paper, then a 10 quid polishing kit from machine mart, gonna buy the pro polihing kit as its got more grades of greaseless and greased compounds ect. I didnt do the back of the rocker cover cos no one is going to see it and only gave the front of it 5 mins on the buff but think it will need more as your aye is drawn right into it, it might look not so bad after i ad more to the engine bay
Still got the sparkplug cover, oil cap, bonet latch fuel rail, fpr and probably many other bits that could be blinged up ect, if i could get stanless brake lines they would be a bonus
