mib is funded by insurers as far as im aware

but even if people do have insurance, insurers payout.
its increase in insurance tax that puts premiums up

i will soon be one of the people going to court over person injury, I got offered 1k for whiplash/ strained shoulders and what seems like a permanent lower back problem
