Hi All!
I am looking for someone whos pretty skilled in PHP that would be willing to develope some web apps for me, Its pretty simple stuff, I have pretty much managed to develope what I need with open source code, just need someone to take the code that little bit further and add a few tweaks to it!
If anyone on here is up for it, let me know and I can provide a little bit more info.
Or if anyone knows any sites where I can put forward the project to developers that would be great! 
P.S obviously theres pay involved

I can probably help, depending on what it is exactly you're after.
If its messing around with forum software I can't be bothered to be frank, but any new coding etc is right up my street.
