im looking for a new TV, has to be 1080P, no smaller than 32" and below £400
the main uses will be PS3/Blueray and used as a PC monitor, i dont have to worry about freeview or fancy sound doodaas.
ive seen a samsung LE32B530P7W for sale at £359
and ive seen a samsung LE32B551A for sale at £399
any other ideas?

That LG is what I have, I was going to mention it but couldn't remember the model. Good TV though, not that I know much about them

I have an LG and its better than my dads Panasonic IMO.

If you could stretch the extra £50, then i would really recommend the Panasonic Viera S10 series otherwise the Panasonic x10 (only 720 though) is around £400.
Personally i don't like Samsung screens, colours either to be too washed out or saturated to high hell but it's probably worth heading down to your local AV shop (even richersounds, but Comets/Curry's and the likes aren't the best place for viewing tvs) and having a look.

ive been looking at the Panasonic TX-L32S10, but i cant see the Pixel responce time or the mhz anywhere.
