nah it just goes on about cases where people have got away with not signing and the loop hole in the law

basically its ure job to say who was driving at the time of the offence, but if u are the driver then u dont have to prove it was u someone else does...and seein as noone can then u get away with it

that make sense

1. ure mate is driving ure car u get a ticket u say it was him driving. end of story

2. your driving ure on car u get a ticket. the law states u do not have to incriminate yourself thats someone elses job. noone else was there hence no proof u was driving

well what do i get for my 3 points and 60GBP fine as if i get a better offer could change my mind
