Going to be buying an ignition controller from America hopefully, would like a good idea of the import tax/fees I will probably get.

Item price: £62
Postage: £18

How do I pay the fee, to the delivery person? Thanks for any help

Depends on who processes it, sometimes you get a letter through weeks later.

Normally stuff we get delivered through Parcel Force gets charged, the same should apply with couriers too. With normal air mail they're not so strict in my experience.

For the record - anything over £18 (new) or £36 (gift) sent from outside the EU may be liable to import duty and/or VAT.
