Yeah and out of principle the man should cooperate. No reason for police to be involved, in this situation its clear no parents were concerned. Theres no need for laws to be involved in the matter.

if i was taking photos of my girlfriend/child in london with big ben in the background, would i be asked for my details too?
they obviously thought he was a pea-de-a-phile but didn't want to actually accuse him of that.
