hello id like to know why may car is so fucking slow,my bro's got the same car, same engine,2 years older and more miles.
its a 1.2 8v c12nz 96k

it tops out at 90mph and today it had a job to wheel spin lol

it's not a nippy car, it comes out the factory with 45bhp i think. Also, if it does perform a wheelspin in bout 4000-4500 revs, then all is good, if not, you may find your clutch is wearing.
but tbh, 1.2 8v...it's almost bottom of the range as far as engine sizes go, don't worry about it

a good service should sort it out but at end of the day its a small engine but i no wot u mean as ive got a 1litre 12v and thats so slow but its only 4 work

Did you not read the thread ages ago? People reckon they are getting from 110 115 to 120 in the 12v's... Mine only done 95

I know your pain "Ant B" I have a 1.2 8v and its slow. I do surprise people at the lights sometimes though. I make up for the slow in loud though lol

My 1.2 8V would only do 95mph flat out and even less if there was a slight hill

my 12v did 95 on flat. I had 110 on the M65 down the steepest motorway hill evaaarr! Was screaming it's little 12 volts at me haha. Bless it.

my 1.2 8v does 100mph ona flat road! takes time like but gets there in the end! gets up to 90mph ina fairly decent enough time fora 8v like but 90 is the most id advise any more ur just gnna break it lol
