Rice and peas

In all fairness that does look like abit too much sauce! Try getting a spice jar, loads in morrisons! all different ones and marinade the chicken init before you grill it.

Also i have plain brown rice/Pasta/Wraps/New potatoe's/Just green salad.

Tried the beaks yet? ive been using the yellow ones before and after training and have put almost 5 kilos on and squat has gone up another 50kg in only 4 weeks!

orange ones are supposed to be mega, but really rare and expensive!

m8 iv only ever heard about the orange beaks on bb.com. Keep reading about "1/2 cup of beaks with splenda" recipes. Some dude was popping a few yellow beaks in the gym changing rooms.

16g of sugar per 100g is the nutrtional info on the bottle. so 15g of sauce is hardly going to be detrimental to anyones physique.

make your own sauce..

dice your chicken fillest... sprinkle with cummin and tumeric.. make sure its completey coated...

small bit of olve oil in a wok..... use 1 call spray if your worried... but a spoonfull of oil is not going to do anything to you...

chop some ginger finely... chop half an onion finely and chop 3 medium chillies and 2 cloves of garlic finely...

cook it all in the wok... then add a can of chopped tomateos.... cover and simmer for about 20 mins on low heat..

boil some brown rice and then add it to the wok... bobs you uncle...

it seems like alot but really its a piece of p1ss...

stay away from sauces from a jar... they are full of msg and sugar...
