I badly need to lower my car and have seen a set of four Jamex 60mm springs on e-gay for fifty notes delivered, this is almost half the price of any other kits ..... are they any good??

if you just want your car lower, and it'll handle a bit better than std. but overall they aren't shit hot.
i'd put them on par with g-max.

Save your money on that rubbish and get a proper kit.
I might be selling my Apex kit soon, depends on if the car sells this weekend or not.

Well they are really just for looks to be honest, but I think that corsa's are to bouncy as standard.
I have already ordered them as It does need to be lowered asap, but for the future would changing the shocks for some decent ones (bilstein/koni) be ok or do I really need coilovers?
Thanks for your advise guys, not looking forward to actively making the handling worse but it's only temporary. At least it will look good

i just swapped mine for these
http://www.venommotorsport.com/manufacturer_product.php?manufacturer=Supersport&category=suspension&product=SuspensionKit&make=Vauxhall&model=Corsa%20B
the ride is great and can't fault the price
coilovers would be great, but too expensive for me.
