Just realised, he said he had done a shit when he got there.
If I was going to the doctors to get my arse looked at I'd make sure I had got rid off all the shit in my body well before it and scrubbed with a brillo pad.
Don't know why I didn't realise that last night

I thought this when watching. You're going to see a GP and its going to be recorded for TV, I'm 100% sure I wouldn't be travelling to the location then going for a shit
