I would like to see them try and enforce it. They cant even stop people getting their hands on Pit Bulls still.

Also annoyed me a bit how one of the people I heard them asking about it was singling out Staffies as the problem. Ours wouldnt harm anyone unless that person was attacking us. Although they have taken a disliking to the postman Most dogs do that though

Next you'll have to MOT the dogs to make sure they are road legal

Are they going to different group insurance?

ie, Group 1 for your safe tiny pathetic dogs and group 17 for your big bulldogs?

Surely can't charge the same for all dogs

Mines insured and costs me fucking loads, better than rediculous vets bills if she gets ill.

Worth it for Kuma, she is probably classed as dangerous for some stupid reason

Newsbeat on Radio 1 is about as reliable news source as me after I've had 11 pints.

Bulldogs are lazy things which haven't got the energy to attack anything! No more dangerous than snappy horrible little handbag dogs. It'll never work as the kind of people they are trying to target are the sort who will never pay insurance and continue to keep dogs so as per usual with this country it is the good hardworking people who suffer.

The way I heard it said was that this was seperate to the standard insurance for vets bills etc etc?

EDIT - Just checked and my current insurance already has it included.
