Well having unwrapped it from the packaging that i received it in i can tell you this. The laquer from the top is peeling, it needs a damn good polish but really a coat of paint would be better. It's genuine GM with base plate. Two of the four retaining studs have broken, one at the top and the other the diagonal bottom.
