As many of you know, I finally bit the bullet and have entered into the property market.
Completed the contracts etc on Friday and have started moving stuff in a bit at a time. Just need to get a washing machine and a few other bits and pieces but I'm getting there!

Living Room

Kitchen

Bathroom

Didn't take any of the bedrooms as they're full of junk/empty at the moment, waiting for my bed to come

Well done, wish we were at that stage ! Are you staying there now, or have you just moved some of your stuff in?

Thanks Jade, yeah can't believe how quick it went, one minute I was saying nah can't afford it, next minute I had the keys in my hand. Not staying there just yet, but I'm planning on staying my first night on the weekend
Thanks Rich, bought/buying it matey on shared equity, I own 75%, then after 5years I can start buying the 25% back, if I haven't bought it all by the 10th year I have to sell up - but hoping that 5 years into the future I'll have moved up the ladder at work and be able to move on somewhere bigger.
Ben, cheers mate, wanted to get on the market young, I don't go out every weekend pissing my cash away and as much as I'd love to go out and myself a flash car (as I was planning) I thought this would be a better bet in the long run.

I've got the same problem. There seem to be a lot of good deals on the 42"s at the moment for around £550 but my mrs has told me a cot and pushchair are more important

Even better! You can fill the box with towels or sponge and that way you get your tv and laura gets a cot. Massive win
