Don't bother with a skin graft, just let it heal, it'll look cool lol I remember reading a thing in Bizarre magazine ages ago about how to cut the tip of your finger off (from the bottom of the nail to the tip of the finger) also had pics on how to do it, I was tempted but I would probably have regretted it later on in life.
