that used to be the rule but i think it was 1972 ish they stopped it so anything pre 72ish is tax exempt nothing after will EVER be tax exempt
also has to be registered before 72ish as a mate of mine has got a 1967 landy but was used by MOD untill 1974 then registered for private road use and so isnt tax exempt he gave up arguing with DVLA after 4yrs lol
zero emisions cars or extremely low emisions cars are tax exempt are they not?

yea they are im sure the official figures say there are around 500 cars in that class in the uk but as my pushbike would be quicker i would rather have that lol
