Found some turtle wax sealer stuff in my garage.

Would this go on before or after wax or is there no point in both of them?

I always thought it was before wax but reading the back of it it says apply after polish wax, which doesn't help me because that could be either polish or wax.

Before wax, its to seal the paint and then wax to protect
