Does seem a bit pointless to screw you for £20, and in fairness I got rejected an O2 contract, but managed to get a mortgage
So doesn't neccesarily mean anything on that front tbh. Then again I did mess up 7-8 years ago on O2 which is probably why I can't get one, got my missus to get another one in the end.

Yeah its the banks fault. The would not give money back in a million years, It wsnt fraud used to send the money, so it's not their problem..

If "thiefs" had money paid into their bank account by the buyer, its not fraud is it.. when the buyer openly walks into a bank and puts money in...

if the recepient hasnt recieved the item then yes its fraud/theft whatever it doesnt matter and the bank can pull it back
