best off making the false floor from a couple of pieces to make it easier to get to anything underneath should the need arise, one sheet looks better if your not bothered (I wasn't)
what speakers do you have in your doors?

Yea one piece is a pain to get in, two or more is much easier. I split mine into 3 the bulk of the build down the centre with all the subs/amps in then two bits down each side to fill the gaps. A nice tight fit will ensure no rattles (or use expanding foam like I did)
I trimmed the centre in cream leather to match my seats and the edges in black felt to match the doorcards

TBH you wont go wrong if you get a good make, just pick a design that you like.
steer clear of budget brands if you can fusion/toxic/splx etc ... they are pony
you need a mono or bridgeable 2 channel that runs 1 x 400w RMS for the sub
and a 2 channel amp running from 45 to 60w RMS per channel for your door speakers
other than that spend as much as you can afford to as the quality of your system is all down to the amps.

you got back seats in?
