whats the best think to use on them to bring them back good?
back to black, or bumper care autoglym?
any suggestions other would be great, thanks!

Auto Glym bumper care's the best thing I've used.
There's the heatgun trick but I don't like that after melting one of my arches

The heatgun trick can be a bit iffy and not always work. If you hold it in one place for too long then it will start to warp, and could melt if left even longer like Mike said
I used shoe polish but wouldn't recommend it as it looked streaky in the sun, kind of like oil in water. Peanut oil can work but is less effective each time you use it. They never got any better than grey in the end.
Chemical Guys Trim Restorer works pretty well, but will need topping up regularly.
This is how mine looked after it was applied to the arches and bumpers:

btw rather than starting a new topic, was looking at a bonnet bra for the el corsa..are they pricey, and where can you get them/best place to get them cheers again guys!

Just checked and I got the name wrong on the Poorboy's stuff, it's called New Look Trim Gel Send Rich H a u2u, I think he can get it in

You have clearly never painted anything properly! For things like bumpers I would try and make sure you have a spare pair while you do this
