Like has been said just eat sensibly. Also small, regular meals rather then infrequent pigouts will help to keep your metabolism fired up so that you are burning calories at rest. skipping breakfast, pigeon eating throughout the day then having a big meal at night is the most common mistake made by british people imo.

Hmmm.... this all sounds way too familiar !!!

Skipping with a rope is a really really good way of burning off body fat. if you want to tone up your stomach etc then the obvious. sit ups and crunches or if you can handle them V sits. Going for a run or running on the spot. If you want you can U2U me about it and if i know exactly what you want to do i can advise you on the exact exercise.

EDIT: i can write you out and exercise programme if you like which is what i used to do when i was in gymnastics.

If your serious about it, join a gym? I find paying for it makes me actually use it, and I've started to enjoy it and can already see the difference. The instructors always give me a hanf with something if I need it.

Fee doesn't look fat either.

gyms are addictive and fun but I personally would save the cash and just go out running and eat little and often.

Oh I wouldn't say I'm fat....and I'm not losing weight through choice

I'm bridesmaid for a friend at the end of next month, and we picked our bridesmaid dresses just before my wedding (so a year ago now)
I tried mine on last month and couldn't do it up Doh
It fits now...just a bit snug, so I could do wth losing a little bit more

I used to go to the gym...but gave it up last year. When I have money again I will join again!

All that money on Time attack Fee when you could be spending it on yourself which ultimately will result in weight reduction! When you have stripped the car its time to look at the driver tbh

If either of you need ROIDZ u2u

Kettlebells are supposed to be the in thing at the moment - quite an all over body work out.
