De badged the car tthe other week and have noticed today that i can still see where the badges have been.
I have polished them with G3, By hand then used Autoglym super resin polish. Even tried using the megs 3 stage system and still nothing!
I have rubbed and rubbed them and they can still be seen. Has anyone got any advice on how to get rid of them and what to use!

Machine polisher or may be that the boots been resprayed with the badges on in the past so then there is not fix other than a respray.

It had crossed my mind about the re spray, But it is completely smooth where the badges where. Unless with all the polishing I have flatened it off!

You need to use a compound on it mate, that stuff contains mild abrasive and removes very thin coat of painting which should sort out the marks you can still see.

i had that problem when i first did mine so i used t-cut then used auto glym ultra deep shine think its called

I have. Not attempting it again any time soon. Need to invest in a machine polisher but i'm too tight to buy one
