I saw a FAT NAN in a 106gti the other day. This means they must be faster than a X16XE

at the end of the day i think it all comes down to the driver, and on the mods each car has..... if you have a x16xe with performance inlet, 4-2-1 full exhaust system and a decat and a standard 106 GTI with a unexperianced driver then the corsa will probs beat it, as the 106 driver wont know the optimum time to change gear ect and the corsa will have the edge.
in all fairness the 106 is FACT faster ..... even though i hate to admit it one its french and two i drive a x16xe

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what happened in the vids to any of us because they weren't our cars and every car differs in performance be it two Sports or two GTis.

Not really, a cammed 106 gti engine would probably be better than the gti6 one.
