Love to give this a go but i couldnt do it at my gym, I'd do the kettleball, move onto the pull up bar and some fucker will be on it

People generally move out of your way when you're THAT covered in sweat, plus they'd only be on it 2seconds doing half-reps anyway!

I've never had a problem with that, but then again I have perfected my "fuck you" stare ...

Wouldnt mind giving that a bash tbh. Might do it at the weekend. It's dead in my gym at weekends. Would get my gym buddy involved but the poor bastard cant do pull ups for toffee

So, this really, REALLY sucks.

14m47s is what I got, which includes waiting for the sodding treadmill to speed up

You will actually want to die during the last 400m run but DON'T BLOODY SLOW DOWN!
