Drilled them out to 1.8 like boggbrothers said too and its running rich as fuck. Went to be 4 new off a site but they vary widely in size

1.65mm jets for a 1.6 is considered the best size.

Have you got the carbs tuned correctly? You've got to do more than just drill the jets out to get it running right.

Only other thing you can adjust is the air jet and diaphram needles and there leaned right off!

for a 2 litre its supposed to be 1.8mm, are you running 3psi on your fuel lines?

Yes i know,everythings how it should be pump,jet and needle wise. Think i'm goin to just order 1.65s for it and richen the mixture through the needles.
