 the north koreans just seem to have a massive inferiority complex 'cus no one wants to play with them.
It's like the long range missile tests they were doing a few months back, they declaired to the world what they were doing and why. Everyone went 'ooooooh nos dont do that or we'll stop trading with you'. So the koreans ultimately did it anyways. Just a nice bit of international attention whoring. No need at all to worry 'bout em really.

I find it interesting and maybe even know it should worry me a bit but I genuinely could not give a fuck what they are up to. Getting beat at football and wondering when I'm getting a shag next is about the extent of my worrying.
