Golf ball was traveling 150 mph (most likely shot out of an air cannon), video shot at 70,000 frames per second.
Keep in mind a golf ball is basically a small hunk of synthetic rubber with a candy coating.

What sort of speeds does a golf ball usually travel at from the average golfer?

I've seen balls in half on the course before now, so if a ball doesn't break at 150mph against a wall, how do they break them off the tee?

Why doesn't the shell crack? I have seen many golf balls crack from general usage on the course.

Fatigue. If it's real, that was probably a brand new ball...

My brothers mate was in the longest drive competition a few years back, he smashed a new ball into a fair few pieces! Only reason why I can't believe it's real, it goes into a pancake!

I'm not one for saying "It's on the Internet, its fake" etc etc....
But to me, I just can't see it being real.

Depends what it hit and what ball they used. And also how they propelled it.
