England 6/1 LOL

If the odds were fair we would be more like France at 18s.

Germany are only 12/1 as the odds have shortened due to Ecks betting spree on them.

If Argentina had a decent manager I'd stick a wad on them. Higuain, Messi, Tevez, Milito and Aguero up front

Can you bet on teams to get through the group stages, or say to the semi etc? I fancy Ghana to do a bit but not to win it.

Yep, look on the betfair football pages - go to 'World Cup' from the matches menu near the top. Currently giving odds on exactly what you describe.
