u need to disconnect the loom and take the plastic cylinder bit off the end and then drill a hole through it....thread wires through and reconnect!

what i did was:

1. Unplug the multiplug between the door and car.
2. Take out the multiplug assembly from within the door.
3. Drill a 13mm hole for the 5 wires to go through for the CL motor.
4. Pulled the multiplug inside the car into the footwell for easy access.
5. Drilled the car multiplug in the corresponding place to match.
6. Spliced the grommets and fed the wires through the multiplug (very fiddly) inside the car.
7. Put the multiplug assembly back into the chassis of the car.
8. Keeping the mutliplug from the door off, feed the wires through the hole you made in that plug and splice a hole again in the grommet of that multiplug so the wires come out.
9. Reattach the multiplug to the door, and put it back together.

do the same for the other door, ill go take some pics now, its quite dark so i cant promise much.

splice i mean make a slit or stretch them and cut a hole with a stanley knife. It is 10 times more difficult on drivers side lol

ok. ive now put the wires into the doors, did not need to cut the grommets. The i have spent abt 4 hours on it now! lol. next i gotta put the live leads into the engine bay thru that grommet....any tips?

also, the locks seem a bit stiff to pull down and up, is there any way i can make it easier as i dunno if the motors will be able to move it, also it could burn them out if their too stiff.

WD40 can never do any harm, chuck it in there.

The actuators are pretty powerful, ud be suprised

Dont take the live into the engine bay, just find a permanent live inside the car!

well...i was right, on the drivers side the actuator canoot push the plunger up...so i gotta go back into the door to fix i think.

I will try wd40...

I did take the live into the enginebay, easy enuff. just doun the side of the grommet, but may move incase movement cuts the wire which would be a big bummer after spending all day on this.

The Cl works, apartfrom the drivers plunger not going up. But the remote part has a blue fuse, think its 10 amp? but it keeps blowing! what amp fuse should i put in there? or just splice the CL live wire to use that live?

any tips would be greatfully appreciated! This has been a long day! lol
