Getting majorly pissed off with orange. Can't get signal in almost every place I go. Can't get good signal when i'm at home, get most 2 bars, and I there is no point in me having the internet on my phone, cause its Crap signal when i'm travelling, if I get full signal its not for long. Now I phoned up Orange last night and there is nothing that they can do, i've already got a 3g sim, so they can't do nothing there, and i'm only 7months in to my contract. Can anyone help?

Not a lot you can do. Your given a few days to tests the signal round your area. If you keep the contract beyond that you've lost the chance to get out of it.
There have been a number of cases on Watchdog etc like this, not sure I have seen one that went on to win.
I guess one of your only routes is to claim that they are not providing you with the service you pay for but it will be hard work to prove.

You don't get given a few days when you've renewed the contract which is my case.

They probably expect you to have realised during the duration of the last contract before you renewed tbf.

yeah I guess your both right tbf.
I'll wait until I got 10months left (September) then get Phones 4U to buy out the contract.
Cheers Gents.

You sure it's not the phone at fault?

Try buying a cheapo phone of another make... some phones are better at signal than others.

What Dave said, I had an old SE W something or other and it never had signal, chucked my sim in an old nokia and it worked everywhere.
When I first came over to essex I had barely any signal, got a new phone and haven't had a problem since.
