Afternoon
My younger brother has just got his first car, a 1.2 polo, he is fully comp in it and is 17.
I'm 21, been driving 4 years and am fully comp on my golf, can I take him out to learn in his car?

You just need to be 21 and driving for 3 years, the learner has to be insured (and declared as having a provisional license)

He needs to be insured, you meet the requirements for supervising! As long as your displaying "L" plates, your good to go!

He needs to be insured, you don't, you need to be over 21, driving for 3 years, he needs to display L plates
If you tick those boxes you're good to go

you don't need to be insured on the car to supervise, it would just be helpful if they f**k up/bottle out etc, as long as they are insured on it, it's all good
