In theory its 4 torx bolts

depends if you are removing the seat or the whole subframe

subframe is easy, seat is a lot harder to get at the bolts

Just the seat not the rails? surely its easier to get the seat and not both? What tools would i need? I just want to clean it ot really as its filthy round the rails.

4 13mm bolts under the seat frame pal

be quicker just taking the subframes out aswell bolts are easily got 2

follow the first few steps about putting the safety pin in and then just undo the 4 torz screws on the floor

there are only 2 torx screws at the rear of the frame, the fronts are on hooks on the floor

looked like torx screws at the front to me

No bolts at the front, as scott says its just some big hooks. There might be some little torx screws just holding the plastic surround down.

theres a few t25 bits to hold the side trim in then plug the red thing in for the pre-tentioner once thats off theres 2 t40/45 torques bolts in the back then tilt foward an it should come out
