Local police claimed that the driver of the Austrian-registered Ferrari was at fault due to his excessive speed. What's more, the car was registered in March 2010, which makes it practically brand new.

Also, 70mph in a 30 zone? No wonder!

60-70 mph in a 30 is easily done when you're driving that car though

Probably doesn't feel like you're going that fast at all and you can get to those sort of speeds in 3 seconds
